Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • Ingredients: 10 yellow squash-sliced, 1 large box velvetta
  • cheese-cut in chunks, 1 large can fried onions

Preparation

Step 1

Directions: Blanch squash in boiling water, 1-2 minutes.
Layer squash, fried onions, and velvetta in casserole dish.
Top with rest of fried onions. Cover and Bake at 350° for
45 minutes or until cheese starts to bubble. Remove cover
and continue baking until top browns.
