Ingredients
- Filling:
- 4 c rhubarb
- 1 c sugar
- 2 T cornstarch
- 1 c water
- 1 t vanilla
- Topping:
- 1 c flour
- 3/4 c oatmeal
- 1 c brown sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 1 t cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine filling ingredients and heat on medium until thick. Pour into casserole dish.
2. Mix topping ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle over filling.
3. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
