Rhubarb Crisp

Ingredients

  • Filling:
  • 4 c rhubarb
  • 1 c sugar
  • 2 T cornstarch
  • 1 c water
  • 1 t vanilla
  • Topping:
  • 1 c flour
  • 3/4 c oatmeal
  • 1 c brown sugar
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 t cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine filling ingredients and heat on medium until thick. Pour into casserole dish.

2. Mix topping ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle over filling.

3. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
