ICE CREAM

Ingredients

  • Heat 3 c whole milk to boiling. Mix in mixer:
  • 6 eggs
  • 3/4 to 1 c flour
  • 5 1/4 c sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Beat and pour into boiling milk, stirring constantly. Cook until very thick.
Add 5 cans Carnation evaporated milk to custard.
Add whole milk to fill the pot.
Chocolate: 1 c cocoa and 3 T vanilla
Fresh fruit: crush fruit and add 1 ½ c sugar
