BREAD PINEAPPLE DESSERT (Aunt Mabel Tritt)

Ingredients

• (Double this recipe to fill a sheet cake pan)
• 5 slices bread
• 20 oz pineapple chunks
• 4 eggs
• small Mandarin oranges
• 1/2 c butter (melted)
• 1/2 c sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Crumb bread over bottom of pan. Beat eggs butter and sugar. Stir in pineapple and mandarins (optional). Spread over bread. Bake 30, 325. Optional: spread with Dream Whip.
