Ingredients
- CRUST
- 1 1/2 Cups Chopped Walnuts
- 1 1/2 Cups Flour
- 1 1/2 Cups Butter (melted)
- FILLING
- 1 - 8 oz. package cream cheese
- 1 Cup Confectioners Sugar
- 1/2 large tub Cool Whip
- Mix together with hand mixer at low speed until smooth.
- 2 Regular packs of instant lemon pudding
- 3 Cups Milk
- Combine ingredients and beat until thickened then smooth over filling.

Preparation
Step 1
Mix Crust ingredients together with spoon. Press and flatten in a 9x13 pan. Bake until brown approximately 30 minutes. Cool before adding the filling.
FILLING
Mix together with hand mixer at low speed until smooth.
Spread filling over crust
Smooth lemon pudding mixture over filling
Topping
Spread remaining cool whip on top of lemon pudding and sprinkle lightly with chopped walnuts. Refrigerate.
