PONDEROSA SCALLOPPED POTATOES

  • 8 potatoes, sliced
  • 1/2 c onions, diced
  • 2 oz water
  • 3 c cheese sauce
  • 1/2 c crumbled bacon

Preparation

Step 1

Wash and peel potatoes; slice. Place potatoes in pan; add diced onions and water. Cook potatoes and onions until tender. Place cooked potatoes and onions into well-greased pan. Add 3 c cheese sauce and crumbled bacon. Stir gently with spoon. Bake 25-30 minutes, 350.
