Ingredients
- 2 lb pork tenderloin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 3 Tbsp liquid honey
- 1/2 tsp dry thyme
- 1 Tbsp dijon mustard
- healthy dash of garlic powder

Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper and place in slow cooker
Combine remaining ingredients
Pour over pork, turning on all sides to coat
Cover and cook on low 7-8 hrs
