Ingredients
- rime 1 c. beans
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped carrot
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. chopped parsley (opt.)
- 1 minced clove garlic
- 1 bay leaf and ham bones
- salt and pepper to tasted
Preparation
Step 1
Rime 1 c. beans, then rack overnight in water to cover. Drain water off and add all ingredients.
