Thyme roasted Carrots

Ingredients
- 2 pounds baby carrots,cleaned and trimmed
- 2 tbsp fresh minced thyme or 2 tsp dried thyme
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp kosher salt

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 400. In a bowl mix thyme, oil, honey and salt. Toss mixture with carrots until combined
2. Place carrots on a parchment lined rimmed baking pan
3.Roast 20-30 minutes or until tender
NOTE: Great side dish for Thanksgiving
