Beef Jerky

Ingredients

  • 4 lbs. beef or deer meat
  • 2 tbsp. liquid smoke
  • 1 pkg. Adolph meat marinade
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 1 tbsp. black pepper
  • 2 tsp. Lawry salt
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. sage
  • 1 tsp. quick cure salt

Preparation

Step 1

Marinate meat for 1 to 1 1/2 hr. Stir or shake several times. Cut strips 1/4 inch thick.
