Nutty Broccoli Slaw

Ingredients
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 2 T white wine vinegar
- 2 T Dijon mustard
- 1 T chopped fresh dill
- 1 shallot, peeled and chopped
- 1 package broccoli slaw
- 1/4 lb. deli ham sliced in strips
- 1/4 lb. Swiss cheese, sliced into strips
- 1/2 c. toasted walnut halves
- 1 scallion sliced

Step 1
In bowl whisk together olive oil, mustard, vinegar dill and chopped shallots. In separate bowl, combine broccoli slaw, ham, Swiss cheese, walnuts and scallions. Pour dressing over broccoli mixture, toss until evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper if desired. Spoon into radicchio-lined bowl if desired.
