  • Melt 2 c butter, 1 1/2 c sugar, 3 T water, 3 T light corn syrup.

Step 1

Cook to 300. Add 1 c almonds. DON’T BURN – medium heat
Butter cookie pan with sides. Pour into pan – cool; spread with chocolate and top with almonds.
