• Carrot cake mix
• 3/4 c water
• 1/3 c oil
• 3 eggs
• 1 tsp ginger
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp salt

Add sliced pears (drained and chipped) and ½ c pecans. 350, 40 minutes.
