Sausage Breakfast Dish

Ingredients

  • 9 slices white bread
  • 1 pound pork sausage, browned and drained
  • 1 8-ounce package sliced Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1-3/4 cups egg substitute or 7 large eggs
  • 4 cups milk
  • 3 tablespoons Homemade Gourmet® Sunday Roast Seasoning

Preparation

Step 1


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a lightly greased 13x9x2 baking dish, layer bread slices, sausage, and Swiss cheese; top with Parmesan cheese.

2. In a large bowl, combine eggs, milk, and seasoning; whisk until well blended. Pour over sausage mixture. Cover and chill 8 hours or overnight.

3. Bake 1 hour or until puffy and eggs are set.
