- 3t tub style light cream cheese
- 2 t mascarpone
- 2 t fat free half and half
- 1 t limoncello1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 t chopped fresh mint
- 3 c mixed berries
- 4 rectangular sugar cookies

1) combine first 5 ingredients in bowl, whisk til smooth. stir in mint. spoon berries into 4 dishes; top evenly with limoncello cream. serve with cookies
