Fresh berries with limoncello- mint cream

Ingredients

• 3t tub style light cream cheese
• 2 t mascarpone
• 2 t fat free half and half
• 1 t limoncello1/2 tsp sugar
• 1 t chopped fresh mint
• 3 c mixed berries
• 4 rectangular sugar cookies

Preparation

Step 1

1) combine first 5 ingredients in bowl, whisk til smooth. stir in mint. spoon berries into 4 dishes; top evenly with limoncello cream. serve with cookies
