Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg separated
- 2 cup sifted flour
- 2 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Step 1
Cream together butter, sugar and egg yolk.
Add flour, cinnamon and mix well
drop dough from tsp onto ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches apart and flatten with a floured spatula. Brush cookies with egg white.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
