BAKED CRUSHED PINEAPPLE (Shirley Gipe)

  • 29 oz or 3 1/2 cups crushed pineapple
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1/4 c water
  • 2 T cornstarch
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cornstarch and sugar – add eggs – beat. Add pineapple, water and vanilla. Stir. Dot with butter and sprinkle cinnamon on top. 350, 1 hour.
