ANNIE’S GLORIFIED RICE

Ingredients

  • 1 c Carolina rice (uncooked)
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 8-10 oz Cool Whip
  • 1/2 c sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Cover rice with water. Cook until water disappears. Add whole milk to rice. Summer until milk is gone. Repeat 4 more times. Refrigerate overnight. Loosen with spoon and add crushed pineapple and Cool Whip.
