Lemon Layer

Ingredients

  • 2 C Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1 C Butter, Softened
  • 2 (8 oz) Packages of Cream Cheese
  • 1 C Powdered Sugar
  • 1 C Cool Whip
  • 2 (3.4 oz) Packages of Instant Lemon Pudding Mix (OR 2 15oz Cans of Lemon Pie Filling and no Milk!)
  • 3 1/2 C Milk
  • 1 (12 oz) Cool Whip

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 Degrees. Melt butter in pan, pour and press graham crumbs to form a crust. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Cool.

Beat Cream Cheese sugar together; add 1 C Cool Whip. Then spread on crust.

Whisk Lemon Pudding and milk for 3-5 minutes, then spread on cream cheese. Chill until Set.

Top with Cool Whip
