  • 4 lbs beef stew meat
  • 1/2 cup Frank's Red Hot Original
  • 2 shallots, sliced
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 2-3 T. cornstarch (or kuzu root) mixed in a little cold water



Step 1

Place all ingredients (except cornstarch) into crockpot and cook on low heat for 4-6 hours. About 15-20 minutes before end of cooking, add cornstarch mix and stir. Let it cook a bit longer until sauce thickens.

Enjoy alone or over rice, potatoes or other veggies.
