Delicious soft chewy caramels!
- 2 sticks of butter
- 1 lb. light brown sugar
- 1 can eagle brand sweetened milk
- 1 cup white corn syrup (Karo)
Butter a 9x13 pan. Bring all ingredients to a boil in large sauce pan stirring constantly. Reduce heat but keep boiling and continue stirring for 12 minutes.
Pour mixture into prepared pan and let cool completely. (Over night is best) Cut into bite size pieces and wrap in squares of waxed paper.
