Ingredients
- 3 C shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 C chopped walnuts
- 1 small onion (about the size of an egg)chopped
- 1 C Hellman's mayo
- 2 or 3 dashes of tabasco
- dash of black pepper
- Strawberry preserves

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together(except Strawberry preserves).
Press into a greased ring mold. (I use a small Bundt pan)
Chill overnight.
Before serving remove from mold, fill center with strawberry preserves. Serve with your favorite crackers. (I prefer Wheat Thins)
