Cranberry Pineapple Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 ) 20 oz can Crushed Pineapple, undrained
  • 2 ) 4 serving pkg of Raspberry Gelatin/Jello
  • 1 ) 16 oz can Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
  • 1 medium Apple, chopped
  • 2/3 C Chopped Walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

Drain Pineapple, reserving liquid & add enough cold water to make 3 Cups, put in pan & bring to boil; remove from heat. Add gelatin & stir til dissolved, about 2 min. Add cranberry sauce; stir. Pour into large bowl.
Refrigerate 1-1 1/2 hours til slightly thick. Stir in pineapple, apples & walnuts., stir gently. Pour into medium serving bowl. Refrigerate 4 hours or more. Serve
