  • 2 egg whites
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch cream of tartar
  • 2/3 c Sugar
  • Few drops food coloring
  • 1 pkg mint chips



Step 1

Beat egg whites, salt and cream of tartar until frothy. Gradually add the sugar beating continuously. Mix in mint chips. Drop on ungreased cookie sheets. Pace in oven preheated to moderate 350 Degrees. Turn off the oven and let the cookies stand for six to eight hours.
