Ingredients

  • 1

    pound ground beef

  • 2

    medium onions, diced

  • 2

    cans kidney beans (15.5 ounce)

  • 2

    cans diced tomatoes (14.5 ounce)

  • 1

    can condensed tomato soup (10.5 ounce)

  • cup flour

  • 2

    T sugar

  • 2

    t chili powder

  • ½

    t salt

  • ½

    soup can water

Directions

Brown ground beef with onions in large frying pan. Add kidney beans, tomatoes, and soup. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. In a separate bowl, combine flour, sugar, chili powder, and salt. Stir in 1/2 soup can water. Gradually stir into meat mixture and cook 5 minutes over medium-low heat, stirring frequently. Simmer 20 minutes.
