Chocolate Zucchini Cake

Ingredients

• Dry Ingredients:
• 2 cups grated zucchini
• 1/2 cup oil
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 3/4 cups sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup sour milk (1/2 tsp. vinegar)or lemon juice to milk
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1/2 tsp. cloves
• 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
• 2 1/2 cups flour
• 1/2 tsp. baking soda
• 1/2 tsp. baking powder
• 1/4 cup cocoa
• ? - 1 bag chocolate chips and nuts

Preparation

Step 1

-Blend oil and zucchini in blender
-Cream butter and sugar then mix with zucchini and oil
-Add eggs and mix
-Add vanilla to sour milk
-Mix dry ingredients
-Mix all together in 1 bowl
-Pour into 9 x 13 greased pan
-Put chocolate chips and nuts on top
-Bake @ 350 for 40 minutes
Good for freezing
