Ingredients
- 3 jars (18 oz.total) marinated Artichoke Hearts
- 1/2 C chopped green onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 C bread crumbs
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/8 t pepper
- 1/8 t oregano
- 1/8 t tabasco
- 2 T parsley
- 1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Preparation
Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 325.
Drain 1 jar marinade from artichokes into frying pan.
(Note only use 1 jar discard rest of marinade)
Saute onion and garlic. Chop artichoke hearts
Beat eggs; add bread crumbs and seasonings. Stir in cheese, parsley, artichokes and onion/garlic mixture. Pour into a greased 9" square pan.
Bake for 30 minutes. Serve hot or cold
Makes about 25 squares
