Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Medium Onion-chopped
  • 1 stalk Celery-chopped
  • 2 C. Cubed Cooked Turkey/Chicken
  • 6 oz Spaghetti noodles-thin
  • 1 ) 10 oz can Cr. Mushroom Soup
  • 1 ) 10 oz can Cr of Chicken Soup
  • 2.5 C Chicken Broth
  • 1 tsp Salt & 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 4 oz can sliced Mushrooms
  • 1/2 C grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Paprika

Preparation

Step 1

Melt Butter in large skillet.
Add onion & celery, cook until transparent.
Place turkey over mixture, add spaghetti.
Combine soups, broth, salt & pepper in medium bowl; pour over spaghetti. Arrange mushrooms on top.
Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese and Paprika.
Cook, covered over high heat until steam escapes.
Reduce heat to simmer; cook for 30 minutes.
Stir and serve
