Ingredients
- 4 lbs chuck roast
- 1 onion
- 1 bell pepper,
- 1 celery stalk
- or 1/2 bag seasonings already cut and onions
- Bovril (Beefer upper)
- worchestershire sauce
- salt and pepper ( no tony's)

Preparation
Step 1
In magnalite pot or roasting pot put veges on top of seasoned roast. Pour 1 bottle of Bovril
and 1 bottle of water.
Cover and cook at 350 for 5 hours
