Ingredients

  • 4 lbs chuck roast
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bell pepper,
  • 1 celery stalk
  • or 1/2 bag seasonings already cut and onions
  • Bovril (Beefer upper)
  • worchestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper ( no tony's)

Preparation

Step 1

In magnalite pot or roasting pot put veges on top of seasoned roast. Pour 1 bottle of Bovril
and 1 bottle of water.
Cover and cook at 350 for 5 hours
