Pizza Loaf

Ingredients

  • 1 ready made refrigerated pizza crust Phillsbury
  • 1/4 pound hard salami
  • 4 ounces mozzarella cheese
  • 5 ounces jar pepperoncini drained and chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Spray cookie sheet with Pam. Shape pizza crust into rectangle on top of sheet. Down the center of crust the long way; place salami, cheese and pepperoncini. Fold up ends and sides and seal. Brush with egg white. Bake 350 for 30 minutes. Cool, then slice.
