Ingredients
- 2-3 Chicken breasts prepared any way you want
- Whole wheat pasta
- 2 bunches Scallions
- 1 bunch parsley
- Chopped garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
- Frozen artichoke hearts
- Lemon juice
- 2-3 cups spinach

Preparation
Step 1
Boil Pasta. Heat large skillet with olive oil and garlic. Cut scallions and parsley and add to skillet. Add Artichoke hearts. Salt and Pepper. Dash with lemon juice. Add cooked pasta and a little of the liquid. At the end add the spinach just to wilt it. Cut up chicken and serve on top.
