  • 16 oz of sour cream
  • 16 oz of mayonaise
  • 1 bag of frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 can of water chestnuts
  • 4 green onions
  • 1 pack of Knorr Vegetable Soup mix

Preparation

Step 1

Thaw frozen spinach.

In a bowl mix sour cream, mayonaise, and soup mix.
Chop water chestnuts and green onions.

Mix water chestnuts, green onions, and spinach in the soup mix mixture.

Put in the fridge until cold and enjoy!
