Ingredients
- Ritz crackers - approximately 7 crackers per egg
- Hard cooked eggs
- miracle whip
- salt to taste
- paprika
Preparation
Step 1
Spread crackers with a thin coating of miracle whip. Slice eggs with an egg slicer. Place the large rings (approximately 7 per egg) on crackers. Mash yolks with remaining whites and miracle whip. Salt to taste (should resemble a deviled egg mixture). Divide yolk mixture among crackers in the centre of each ring. Sprinkle with paprika.
Note - do not make too far in advance or crackers will become soggy.
