Bearnaise Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp finely chopped tarragon leaves
  • 1 cup Hollandaise sauce
  • Lemon Juice

Preparation

Step 1

Heat vinegar with tarragon. Heat Hollandaise sauce and stir in vinegar mixture. Season with lemon juice. Serve warm with fish, artichoke, or asparagus.
