Nancy Famous Silver Dollar Size Chocolate Chip Pancakes

Ingredients

• 2 cups bisquick
• 1 1/2 cups milk
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the first four ingredients in a bowl until well blended.
Fold in the chocolate chips.

Drop into a seasoned heated frying pan by approximately
1/4 cup.

Serve with melted butter and warmed maple syrup.

(to prime the pan, put some oil in it and wipe it around with
a paper towel, so that there is just a thin coating of the oil).
