  • Bread dough (2 loaves)
  • Onion
  • 1 T margarine
  • cabbage (cole slaw bag)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • cheddar cheese (12 slices)

Preparation

Step 1

Cook ground beef and onion until brown; add mushrooms, salt and pepper. Add cabbage and cook until soft. Divide bread into 6 pieces. Roll out with flour. Top with ground beef mixture; top with 2 slices cheese. Roll and lay seam-side down on a cookie sheet. Bake 350, 20-25 minutes.
