POTATO CASSEROLE

  • 32 oz hash browns
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • cream of chicken can
  • 1/2 c onion
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • Ritz crackers (1 row)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 c margarine

Preparation

Step 1

Spread hash browns in baking dish. Combine soup, sour cream, salt, margarine and pepper. Pour on hash browns. Combine crackers and ½ c margarine. Sprinkle on dish. 350, 1 hour.
