Ingredients
- 2 # GROUND BEEF
- 1 C DRY BREAD CRUMBS
- 2 EGGS
- 1 ONION. CHOPPED
- 3/4 t SALT
- 1 t OREGANO
- 1 GREEN PEPPER, CHOPPED
- 1 C CHOPPED MUSHROOMS
- 1 C BLACK OLIVES, CHOPPED
- 1 8OZ TOMATO SAUCE
- 1 C SHREDDED MOZZARELLA CHEESE
- 1 C SHREDDED CHEDDER CHEESE
- 2 CANS CRESCENT ROLLS
Preparation
Step 1
COMBINEFIRST 6 INGREDIENTS AND 1/2 TOMATO SAUCE IN LARGE BOWL. SET ASIDE.
UNROLL CRESCENT ROLLS, (DO NOT SEPERATE), BETWEEN SHEETS OF WAX PAPER. WITH ROLLING PIN, ROLL OUT TO 1/2 THICKNESS.
PLACE MEAT MIXTURE IN CENTER OF ROOLS. SPRINKLE WITH REMAINING INGREDIENTS AND REST OF TOMATO SAUCE.
ROLL UP, STARTING WITH NARROW END. PLACE SEAM DOWN IN PAN.
BAKE IN 375* OVEN FOR 30 MINUTES. DRAIN OFF FAT AND CONTINUE TO BAKE ANOTHER 30 MINUTES.
