Chili (microwave)

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/4 cup onion (flakes)
  • 1-2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 can (16 oz) diced tomatoes (undrained)
  • 1 can (16 oz) kidney beans (undrained)

Preparation

Step 1

Brown beef in a skillet and add onions. (Can also brown meet in microwave on high for 4 minutes) Drain meat. Add remaining ingredients. Cook covered in microwave on 70 (med-hi) 15-18 minutes. Stir once during cooking. Let stand 5 minutes.
