Ingredients

  • 7 cups flour
  • 5 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 3 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup Splenda
  • 1 2/3 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup applesauce
  • 2/3 cup oil
  • 8 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 8 mashed ripe bananas
  • 1 1/4 cups chopped nuts

Step 1

Stir together flour, baking powder, soda & 3 tsp. salt; set aside. In large mixing bowl, beat sweeteners, bananas & applesauce with electric mixer. Add eggs one at a time beating until smooth. Add milk & beat again. Add flour mixture a little at a time, beating until smooth. Fold in nuts. Pour batter into 4 greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 60-65 minutes or until pick comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove from pan & cool completely. Wrap in foil & freeze or serve.
