CREAMED CRAB MEAT ON TOASTED BUN

Ingredients

• 1 can lump crab meat
• Worchestershire
• 1 c sharp cheese, grated
• lemon juice
• 1/2 c mayonnaise
• salt and pepper
• grated onion to taste
• paprika to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Mix in bowl and put on toasted bun or English muffin. Place in broiler for 5-6 minutes until toasted around edges.
