WHITE CHRISTMAS MUFFINS

Missy Rode made these Christmas 2007 and they were THE BEST!!! I look forward to them every Christmas!!
Ingredients
- 2 cups original Bisquick
- 1/2 cup white baking chips
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 TBS vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 cup raspberries
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400F. Put cupcake liners in muffin pan (12 cup size). Stir together all ingredients - EXCEPT raspberries - in a large bowl, until moistened. Stir in raspberries. Divide batter evenly among cups.
Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly; remove from pan to wire rack. While muffins are still warm, you can brush the tops of the muffins with melted butter (lightly) and then dip into granulated sugar. You may also drizzle chocolate (white or milk) over the tops of the muffins.
