Harlequin Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 large tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1 4-oz. can chopped green chilis, drained
  • 1 4-oz. can sliced black olives
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight to marinate. Serve with tortilla chips.
