Cream Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 4 Tbsp. milk
  • 4 Tbsp. minced bell pepper
  • 4 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 2 2-1/2 oz. jars dried beef, chopped
  • 1 loaf black rye bread

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients except bread in casserole dish. Warm in oven for 15-20 minutes. Cut out the inside of the loaf of bread to form a bowl. Spoon warmed dip into the bread bowl. Slice the remaining chunk of bread into cubes for dipping. Add crackers or sliced veggies for dipping, as well.
