  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup fat-free buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 5 cucumbers (about 2 1/2 pounds), peeled, halved lengthwise, seeded, and coarsely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, halved and seeded
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
