Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Oatmeal
- 20 Blueberries
- 2 T Greek Yogurt
- 1 t Vanilla Extract
- 1 t Honey
Preparation
Step 1
Soak oatmeal in any kind of milk over night. In the morning, smash 10 blueberries with the back of a spoon in a small bowl, mix in yogurt, vanilla and honey. Add oatmeal and mix well.
Drop half of the remaining berries into the bottom of a small bowl, top with oatmeal and garnish with your remaining berries.
