French Chicken in Balsamic Vinegar

  • olive oil
  • 2 1/2 cups chopped onions
  • 8 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 3 TBSP tomato paste
  • 2 TBSP balsamic
  • 1/2 TSP brown sugar
  • 1/2 TSP salt



Step 1

Cook onions in a few tablespoons of oil until golden
add chicken and saute until brown
combine wine and rest of ingredients in small bowl and stir, then add that to the chicken and onions
reduce heat and cover

simmer 20 mins
