Tomato & Bread Salad
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cups dried french bread cut into 1" squares
- 2 cups Roma tomatoes cut into 1" cubes
- 1/2 cup chopped bazil (fresh)
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
In a skillet, add oil and bread. Heat till bread is nice and brown. Add tomatoes, sugar salt and pepper.
Add Parmesan cheese and fresh bazil and toss lightly.
Put in baking dish and top with Parmesan cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
