Ingredients

  • Topping:
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 lb Ground Pork or Sausage
  • 1 lb Ground Lamb
  • 2 C Italian Bread Crumbs
  • 4 Eggs
  • 3 T worch sauce
  • 1/2 C Milk
  • 2 T Dry Mustard
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/4 C Ketchup
  • 1 C Brown Sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all of the ingredients for the meatloaf together. Form a loaf shape in a 9x13x2 inch pan.

Mix the topping together and spread over the top of loaf.

Bake @375 for about an hour
