Ingredients
- Topping:
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 lb Ground Pork or Sausage
- 1 lb Ground Lamb
- 2 C Italian Bread Crumbs
- 4 Eggs
- 3 T worch sauce
- 1/2 C Milk
- 2 T Dry Mustard
- Salt and pepper
- 1/4 C Ketchup
- 1 C Brown Sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all of the ingredients for the meatloaf together. Form a loaf shape in a 9x13x2 inch pan.
Mix the topping together and spread over the top of loaf.
Bake @375 for about an hour
